debugging - Where do we find SQL Server 2014 logs? -


i running issue when trying start service sql server 2014 express. each time try manually start server sql server configuration manager, error message reporting

the request failed or service did not respond in timely fashion. consult event log or other application error logs details.

i started looking @ posts on , other forums similar issues , suggested fixes didn't solve problem. concluded error message saw intended catch-all message describes error happen. furthermore, concluded need consult event logs in order useful feedback on underlying issue is.

so went service properties -> advanced -> dump directory lead me collection of log files. however, log files saw in directory came few days ago when first set server. contain login attempts few days ago, today's attempts start server not have matching logs in location. question can find logs server start or other tools can use track down actual issue is? appreciated.

you can use event viewer can find in control panel. sql server logs events application log.

php - Nothing but 'run(); ' when browsing to my local project, how do I fix this? -

i added new project. made mistake in projectname.conf file in sites-available apache2, led me reinstalling apache2. after reinstalling , re-enabling projects on every page of every project .. <body> run(); </body> .. i've run composer update, restarted service, restarted pc, checked config files, tried disabling new project. there nothing in error log, , access.log: 127.0.0.1 - - [15/may/2015:01:40:47 +0200] "get / http/1.1" 304 181 "-" "mozilla/5.0 (x11; ubuntu; linux x86_64; rv:38.0) gecko/20100101 firefox/38.0" maybe i'm forgetting apache2 reinstall? don't think did different last time installed it. looks haven't setup php correctly. take @ this great guide , maybe you're forgetting link php config apache2.
