oracle11g - Oracle Sql Developer 4.1 menus are not correctly drawn -


i have been experiencing gui drawing problems within windows 8.1 pro(x64) 64bit jdk 8u45.adding jvm property "sun.java2d.noddraw=true" has no effect. drop down menus not correctly rendered. in addition window controls missing in dialog boxes. please see attached image details:

is oracle aware of these problems ? asking since have not found solution yet. if knows issue, please post in here, appreciate.

sql developer 4.0.2 install on windows 7 64 bit

tools->preferences->environmental->look , feel->window (change oracle windows)

javascript - IE11 incompatibility with jQuery's 'readonly'? -
