sql - Access: Syntax error in JOIN operation -

i'm trying finish query below keep getting error message "syntax error in join operation".

select myexternaltable1.incident_id incident_nr,  first(myexternaltable1.parentitem) [company],  first(myexternaltable1.loggeddate) [logged_date],  first(myexternaltable1.status) [status],  first(myexternaltable1.priority) [priority],  first(myexternaltable1.category) [complexity],  first(myexternaltable1.usergroup) [group],  first(myexternaltable1.specialistid) [specialist],  first(myexternaltable1.module) [category],  last(myexternaltable1.actiondate) [actiondate],  first(myexternaltable1.description) [description],  iif([status]=""closed"" or [status]=""cancelled"" or [status]=""resolved"", datediff(""d"",logged_date,actiondate), datediff(""d"",logged_date,date())) [days_open],  myexternaltable2.responseachieved [sla_status] ((myexternaltable1 in 'k:\some_folder\some_folder\somefolder\myexternaldb1.accdb')  left join (myexternaltable2 in 'k:\some_folder\some_folder\somefolder\myexternaldb2.accdb')  on myexternaltable2.id = myexternaltable1.incident_id)  (logged_date>#12/31/2013#) group incident_nr  order logged_date;

i tried rename tables , file paths keep these secret while still preserving syntax used in them. appreciated.
