Is it possible to load Bootstrap Glyphicons svg file into Inkscape? -


i want able display glyphicon halfling border of 13% around icon, , had thought of doing modifying svg file using inkscape. however, when open svg file in inkscape, although don't error page appears blank (for example, can't select anything). seems bit weird me - maybe going wrong way entirely?

"glyphicons-halflings-regular.svg" not standard svg file. svg font. answer on superuser site may of help:
